Pretty standard hotel, exceptional service, and amazing value. Neat and absolutely perfect unit with large balcony. Paid $ 303. Location close enough to transport and central Parramatta, train station shops and Parramatta and Rosehill racecourse. Fine experience there.

We truly enjoyed our 7-night stay here. the rooms are spacious and feature a separate laundry, providing a comfortable indoor space and a large balcony that made it feel like home. the location is fantastic, conveniently close to the Entrance Town Centre, with shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. the restaurant on-site is quite nice too.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the location was perfect - close to shops and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and had a large balcony, which was a great added bonus. I also appreciated the excellent laundry facilities provided. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.

The only drawback was the absence of an elevator, which made carrying groceries and luggage up the stairs a bit inconvenient. However, this was a minor issue and didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

Some minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as an old sofa and a leaking air conditioner, left us a bit disappointed. We also wished there were more basics provided, like face washers and shampoo. Additionally, there were a few warnings about fines if we didn't leave the place spotless. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we would recommend this accommodation to others.
